I borrowed a friends powerlogger and since its raining i can not take it for a test drive....so this video is at idle, can someone see if every thing looks good for a starting point ...my concern is the timing...does that look ok at idle...any feedback would be welcome

Closed loop? Your O2 sensor is not switching much and is staying on the rich side at around .700 Your O2 crosscounts should be alot more than they are right now..

He's in open loop..the box isnt checked
