TB Gasket

OK guys, been a few years but I'm back. Got a silly question, is there supposed to be a gasket between the Throttle Body and Plenum? I can't tell if I have one, looks like not. I have a slight hesitation just off idle and can see my TB is a little dirty from the outside so I was planning on taking it off and cleaning.

Most of the vendors have kits for the throttle body gaskets. Throttle body, vacuum block, IAC motor, and IAC housing, so you can give the T-B a thorough cleaning.
Kirban's, GBodyParts, and others stock them.
