TB Vacuum Block Question

What are each of the 5 separate ports of the vacuum block for? I've been searching for info and all I've learned is the 5th port (big one) goes to the PCV valve. Any help is appreciated.

fuel regualor
boost gauge
EGR
Vapor purge canister

Are you sure the 4th one back is the fuel regulator port? It runs all the way across to the passenger fender. What is it plugged into over there?

The one that goes to the passenger fender is for the boost gauge.
