I am think about buying a TCI 200r4 tranny. Any feed back on TCI trannies. If this goes well I would end of getting a TCI Turbo 400 for my other car. Shipping from Memphis to Birmingham will not eat me up on shipping. Hell, I might even drive to pick it up.

I purchased and installed a TCI Streetfighter 200 4R this past spring. I had to fine tune the vaccuum switch for the torque lock/unlock, once that was done it worked flawlessly. It did shift what I thought was a late, for my 3-4 part throttle shift took place at 51 mph, but I just blamed that on my 3.31 rear gears and left things alone. My WOT tranny shifts are at 5100 RPM. It shifts nice and firm, but not neck snapping. This tranny is sitting behind my 461BBC in my camaro and I have put quite a bit of miles on it so far. I don't race at the track and only run street tires.
