so for all you te44 guys post your times, mods, and dyno numbers. im going to be adding some more performance goodies to the gn so i need a baseline for my next mods:D

I'll have the slowest so I'd like to be first on the list.

13.24 @112mph:eek:

Let me explain ( these excuses are pretty good)-
First off I was running 235 drag radials which permitted a kick-ass 2.44 60ft time. It was really rich on the bottom end combined with a stock d5 convertor didn't help spool-up much. I could only launch at 1psi. Also, boost control was top notch:rolleyes: , 17psi in 1st, 19 in 2nd, and 24 in 3rd.

There were other problems but if you consider what is stated above it wasn't too bad of a time.

I've made a few changes since then, so the car will probably run about a 12.70. Still not great but my car has serious issues.

Also to all that read this, please don't harass me about my times and say that my car should go 11's because I allready know that. Good luck with your car.

I'll guarantee mine's slower by a few tenths. Issues issues issues and no money to solve them.

Dude, that's a helluva mile per hour! Should be an 11 second car. My buddy's blown Mustang with shiddy clutch ran a 14 something at 128. :)

My GN ran 12.84 @104 with 18psi drag radials, Xylene, open dump, stock DP, 18# boost, TE44, unknown chip, unknown injectors (I believe 38-40# delphis) Dutt neck, stock airbox with NO KN, and old azz spark plugs. 5 or 6 # launch.

I ran 13.21@105 with a bad ignition module and a VERY flat cam lobe. (#3 exhaust). I'm working on the car now and will hopefully have some new times if I can get to the track on a somewhat cool night. Being in Phoenix, that's pretty hard to do in the summer.

I ran an 11.9 @ 115, 1.9 second 60' with my '44, red stripe converter, THDP, CAS V2, Blue tops and Jay Carter race chip on drag radials. Car weighs 1750 with me (175 lb) in it.

Drove from Boston to Lebanon Valley with the AC on, cranked out some good numbers and drove home. Thanks Jack Cotton!

Ryan you should be fine at 112mph. Dont worry about the converter, D5's work fine with 44's. Get the boost figured out and some tires and you'll be ok. Besides arent you the guy who had 15sec timeslips for a while? This is WAY better. If I confused you with someone else I apologize

Thats lighter than a Shelby Cobra isnt it

Yup, carbon fiber frame, body panels, all magnesium drivetrain and I took every other strand of fiber out of the carpet...

Unfourtunately in reality there is 2000 lbs of iron and steel I forgot to mention...

Yep, I'm the 15 second guy. Hopefully by mid-june I can have about a 3000 stall convertor, and a good set of slicks. My car is just really laggy. It feels like the turbo is a 60 instead of a 44. Also the exhaust housing is a garret .63 not a precision .63 if that matters.
