TE44 with stock waste gate

Will the stock waste gate work with a TE44? And what modifications are needed to do so?

i recently went from a stock turbo set up (te-62 was stolen...long story) and tried to put an adjustible wastgate/stock type actuator ON MY te-44 and you'll find the holes wont match up! My idiot of a mechanic didnt wait for me to get a correct one and he WELDED IT to the compressor housing!! Think full throttle carries the right actuator and or bracket! HTH

Line in up where it should go
Drill a hole in the Actuator bracket slide it under the housing retainer C
Use one bolt other side none because it doesn't line up but held by the C
Need couple washers on the other bolt to even out the retainer

DRILL the hole....DAM...to think my mechanic WELDED it when all he had to do was drill ONE in the bracket...i need to stop buying these guys Beer! lol!
