well I have my 45-a up for sale,and planning on stepping up to a Lt70. I'm not sure how much more of a difference I will see between the two?
anyone out there tried both??
wich did u prefer
 
I have run both....not that much diffference unless you are trying to max them both out....then the 70 will be better, but it takes really good heads to take advantage

you have not even approached what the 45A is capable of....why switch?
 
I just sent mine in to have it upgraded to a gt 70 wheel and a garrett 2.5X4" housing .It now is a gt70p.havnt ran the car yet .was told I should see an improvment in 3rd gear. from 2-4 tenths .I mostly did it for more streamlined plumbing but didnt cost much more to just upgrade since he was goin through it
 
To me there is a difference . Both are awesome turbos but when i swapped to the LT70 GTQ from the LT45a , I was able to go just as fast with the 70 with an average of 4-6 psi less than the 45a.;)
 
GTQ sure makes a diff....dunno about a regular 70 P trim

( I have Kereny's "old" double BB 70.........he picked up a bunch with the GTQ)
