Tensioner pulley bolt torque spec

Replaced tensioner pulley bearing, that bolt was awful tight. What is the install torque spec on that bolt?

Just replaced mine. Went "Nice-N-Tight".

It might be possible the replacement bearing is not seated all the way in.
