I was browsing the NHRA page tonight to see how they were qualifying in Woodburn, and was shocked to see the following:

Terry Ryan, Cascade Locks, Ore., '00 Dodge, ET/SA, 14.949, -0.951

Terry is qualified #9. I'm not sure what he's racing, but I'm guessing it's a Turbo Mini-Van. The weather was very hot today too, he'll be over 1 second under if the weather gets better.

Those that might not know Terry he has tuned many a Buick in the NW and many others long distance over the phone, and he had a stock block GN that ran 10.20's @ 130+ without a lot of parts.

Yes he's running the minivan in NHRA but I think they have the year of his van wrong.

Terry ended up qualifying #1 and setting a record in his class. Pretty cool!

Here's the order from NHRA.com
