TH 400 help

Iam looking for a place to buy convertor, flexplate, yoke for TH 400. Can I use the stock flex plate? If I can, can I go to any parts store and buy one. I called summit racing and the so called tech. guy said I needed a 168 tooth flex plate that I cant seem to buy no where. also plan on using the stock mount and GN crossmember, When I buy a mount is there any thing else needed to make the mount work? Every body I talk to say this is a easy swap so I guess all I need is some info. Thanks
