th400 speedometer??

Doing a th400 swap, can i use the stock speedo cable? and what type of part will i need to go into the speedo hole?

DID ONE TODAY, THE CABLE GOES RIGHT IN, JUST NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT GEAR FOR THE TRANS TO MAKE THE SPEEDO READ CORRECTLY.

what height tire are you using? are you using the 3.42 rear gears?

3:42 gears and 28 inch tall

IF YOU HAVE A 17 ON THE SHAFT YOU WILL NEED A GREEN 42 IN THE HOUSING

IF YOU HAVE A 18 ON THE SHAFT THEN YOU NEED A GREY 44 IN THE HOUSING

any way to tell what you got with out having to take the tail shaft off??? i appriciate the quick info

looks like i have a 15 tooth gear on the shaft, does it matter what color is used also???

a red 37 tooth gear should go with the 15 and work for you if you can find one.
