Once again .... TurboBuick.Com helped me...
the other day I was driving down the street and someone pulled up next to me and said my brake lights are not working...
Well today I started to check everything out -- lightbulbs, wiring in trunk , fuses.... well it was hot outside so I went inside and fired up the computer to cool off and do a search on brake lights....
looks like John D had the same problem 3rd brake light was working but the others were not....sure enough he got a reply to check the wiring near the steering colume "the white wire"....
YES that was my problem.... I now have all the brake lights working... : )
sorry about wasting space here..... but i though I would mention what a great resource the s e a r c h feature is...

thanks tom

Yeah Tom, there is alot of good info in the archives here. A little searching and reading will solve most of what ails ya'. And if you can't find it, there are some pretty good guys on here that know alot about these cars that are quick to give a helping word. They just helped me with my fuel pump install. The Brotherhood of Buick!! LOL I'm a member of B.O.B.!!:D :p :D

I have spent countless hours on this site and gnttype.org and don't even have my car yet! As soon as I get home from work I usually spend 2-3 hours browsing around and I've barely scratched the surface of the info here. If it wasn't for these sites I would not be buying a turbo Buick (even found it on this site). This place is downright awesome!!! :D
