Anyone went from ATR headers back to stock headers? I have ATR headers and a THDP made for ATR headers.(on the car now) Want to go back to stock headers. Will the TH downpipe (made to fit ATR headers) fit/clear with the stock headers??? I know the THDP for stock headers don't fit with ATR headers. But will my THDP(made to fit ATR headers) fit stock headers?

Thanks,
Guy

I'm sure it will fit since the ATR headers poke out more and the THDP clears them. They should clear the stockers with inches to spare.

BTW, why are you going back to the stock headers? Are the ATR's cracking or not sealing properly?

Thanks guys, :)
Have to take them out to weld a crack. My upper A-arm bushing melted/vanished(no bushing there now) :frown: The A-arm hit DP(leverage was not my friend)and cracked pass. side header :frown:

I'll bet the header broke in two at the weld just in front of the collector??

You're ½ right.(cracked ½ around). Also found some more cracks by the header flanges. And the A-arm didn't hit the DP. It hit the header cross over,(leverage was "still" not my friend) ;) And for the record. A THDP for ATR headers WILL work with stock headers too. Lots of clearance. :) Wonder why they (TH) don't make just one type (this type) of DP?
