I haven't seen a front hubless bike before, pretty cool, but Billy Lane from Choppers, Inc in Melbourne, Fl has been doing the hubless wheels for years. I'm not sure if he did the first or not. If you go to Choppers, Inc website and click on "bikes" you will see quite a few with hubless rear wheels.

Yep dumbass Billy Lane was there years ago. He borrowed the technology from helicoptor rotor drives. Here's a video of my favorite hubless motorcycle.
