Things that buick should have got right the first time

Just venting about the 86 gn........why did this car not come with a temp and oil pressure gauge? why did this car have terrible brake system? should of had non power brakes instead of the junk it came with.Should of had rear disc brakes...should of had full size spare considering it has a full size trunk??? terrible head liner...I am sure the 70 chevelle ss I used to have still has a good head liner.Tach and boost gauge is a joke.There is a dealer near me selling an 87 for 150K with 1600 km it has a cracked sterring ring on wheel.....mine has a good ring no cracks LOL

For what it's worth and after 38 years of ownership, I've gave up on ranting on the negatives. Buick's Fuel injection Engine, Transmission & Posi rear end was a plus in that era. At 71 years old , and when driving the old Buick, I get flashbacks of in my thirties out raising hell and having fun.

They had a MAP sensor on the fender but they did not connect it to the ECU and use it to protect the engine from overboost conditions.
