Basically that you don't have to rev it really high to get it moving and keep it moving. When I had the 9x11 replaced with the Vigilante I asked CK how it felt and he said 'tight but loose'. Just cruising around town ('street manners') you really don't lose much over stock. It's nice and tight like stock. If you mash the throttle it will slip and spool the turbo. The only time during 'normal' driving that it's obvious you have a higher stall converter is hill climbing. When you give it more gas to climb a steep hill it will slip, turbo spools and it will take off. It's not instant or uncontrollable or anything but you can definitely feel it doing its job.
