Thrasher Open Loop

I just installed my 92 Thrasher chip and noticed on the scanmaster that the right side decimal was blinking the hole time I had the car driving (half hour) Does this chip stay in open loop all the time?, I also noticed that my 02 readings at idle were very sluggish 21-22-21 all the time but when I gave it a shot of gas they would shoot up to 810 790 and then settle back down to say 30-31, is all this normal?

i have 1 for 009s and i beleive it stays in open loup at idle.

Thrasehr chips only run in Open Loop mode at Idle and WOT. Please confirm that your O2 sensor readings are 21-31 at all operating ranges other than idle, aceleration, and WOT. It's more likely that there is something else wrong with your engine (i.e. cracked header, bad MAF, etc.)
