Three front oil pan bolts

I swapped out my oil pan and ordered a new set of bolts but one of the front 3 bolts is too long. Would it be an issue to just shim it up with a few washers?

Yes washers would be fine. Or shorter bolts.

Note that the one in the middle in particular if the bolt bottoms out it and gets driven in it will crack the front cover and leak oil profusely.
