throttle body and cables

On the bracket that mounts the cables I am confused about where to place the middle and bottom ones looking down onto the cables. I cant remember which cable went towards the throttlebody and which one went away from the throttle body.

Looks like TV cable is on the top top. The throttle is in the middle and the cruise in on the bottom. Nick
