throttle body gasket

need a throttle body gasket to turbo went out and bought one yesterday and part # happen to match the one given by others in the search engine (# 60654 ) but the bolt holes dont match they are off by at least a hole who sells the right gasket ? or do u guys make these # 60654 work by making ur own holes to fit?

Would it be a good idea to apply a smear coat of rtv on this gasket? If so would it be on both sides of the gasket or throttle body side only ? Turbo side only?
