throttle body question

at what point should someone look into upgrading? I was thinking of going with a 70mm plen & throttle body..mine is polished and my plen. has all the EGR cut out and polished with the powerplate..reallt I gess my question is is it worth the money right now or not?? see my combo below thanks for reading

I imagine you would benefit from an upgrade if going from stock...many feel 65mm is plenty big to the 9's and a 70 may be a detriment until in that range
