Throttle stuck on GN.....and wrecked

Bob-I seem to be ok,both fenders,grill,bumper,drivers door are damaged.I am not sure about anything else yet! It happened at the intersection of klees mill rd and rt.26.I went thru that intersection, missed acouple of cars,then went head on into a 3 foot ditch at 20 mph! It happend so frekin fast i didnt think about dropping it down into neutral and cutting it off! I just tried to steer clear of traffic......oh well, What a bummer!!

I used to live up in Eldersburg on Rt. 26. near Rt. 32. Wish I lived there now, I'd help ya get it fixed.

Glad your ok! This is the second 1 in 2 months in MD.Last one happened at an auto electric shop in Essex.The car wasn't as lucky the whole building collapsed on him.If you need anything give me a yell.

I had my linkage stick a few years back at WOT and had to kill the engine.
It turned out the cables were sticking.
I ended up lubing the cables with a silicone based lube[Slick 50].
All is well now,but I will lube them again when the car comes back out from storage.

Sorry to hear that. Glad you are ok. I wrecked my buick last year, and bweavy helped me out. He's a nice guy. Get your ride fixed soon.

Guys, i am not sure what caused it to stick at WOT,either a cable or the floor mat got jammed. Brian- Thanks !!! If i need something your first on my list! Chris-Yea ,i meet you a couple years ago at Roy Rogers in Eldersburg,you used to live behind Salrenos. I wondered were you went,havent seen your car in awhile! ill agree Brian is a great guy to deal with he helped me out as well when my car was hit and the frontend was ripped off. Def. get a hold of him for sure when you need the parts.
