It has been a long time but back before my time, I used to hear of doctors making house calls to patients who where sick. This was probably a time when people where more important than profits of bottom lines. But today you will rarely if ever find a doctor who makes house calls, and if you do you will pay a pretty penny for than. Most of us dont even get to see doctors when we are sick, but instead we deal with nurses or assistants that do most of the treatments.
But I just wanted to share a story about how Awesome Donnie and his guys are from DRW Transmission. Im currently tearing apart my transmission (due to a tq failure) and needed a little help going through it to inspect for worn or damaged parts. I contacted the local expert, Donnie Wang, who took time after work to come by my house, inspect all my parts and then help me get a list of parts that I needed. He also ordered all the parts for me, and even after this continued to help in the rebuilding process. To find someone to take time out of their day and come do me a favor, then not even charge me anything, is AMAZING! And even though he is always busy, he never hesitates to answer all my questions, no matter how silly they are, and if Im ever missing any parts like seals or gaskets, he usually helps me out. I have learned a lot from this gentlemen, not just on how to build transmissions, but on how to treat people. Thank you Donnie, I really appreciate all your help!
