Thumbwheel...

Each number represents a different "tune". The chip could have different programs; IE: one program for 93 octane fuel, one for 93 with alcohol, one with race gas etc. Different levels of performance. You could go to Casper's website for a more definitive description. The chip is an "Ultrachip" made by Casper's for an 85' GN Hotair turbo car with stock injectors. If interested let me know.
