Tick in reverse and when applying brakes

Alright I have a tick that almost sounds like a lifter, I can hear it when I put it in reverse and when I'm coming to a stop.
I checked all my mounts motor tranny mount cross member, pulled the inspection cover checked the torque converter bolts and looked for cracks in the flexplate. I'm assuming its some where in the drive line.
I can only hear it from inside the car its not audible from out side. Any ideas would be helpful and appreciated.
Everything appears to work well tranny shifts great no slipping fluid level is fine.
