Ticking noise

Well the car runs fine till after about ten mins when its warmed up then a ticking noise. (DRIVES ME NUTS) now when i push the car on the highway and then i get off the exit it starts to smoke under neath from the passenger side. oil pressure gauge reads normal and goes up and down just fine with no issues there. just the ticking noise and the white smoke when i drive hard. sounds like its coming from the motor bay then again it sounds like from the out side buy the fenders. i dont know SMH... gremlins every where.....

Sounds like a blown head gasket. Is your coolant low? That would explain the white smoke and ticking noise when it heats up

or a lifter, or an exhaust leak, or a cracked header, or a leak at the crossover, or a leak at the turbo, etc.......

it sounds to me the ticking noise could be coming from the lifters,or some type of exhaust leak and the oil smoke could be oil dripping on the headers

Head gasket.....probably blown externally and is blowing oil down on the header....do a compression check.

thanks guys looks like saturday ill be real busy.... smh... gotta love these cars... always something screwing up. im just going to do hole gasket job. what brand should i use.
