You could go with a precision 70gtq 4 bolt turbo using a 3-4bolt adapter and a custom made DP. The injectors I would upgrade to 83 and use a modfied ecm from the any of the guys like turbo tweak etc, maybe a maf translater pro also. If the th400 doesn't have a brake, put one in too...and hold on
 
Must suck running 11.00. :D At about 650 hp (~10.50) the 60s would be running 90% DC. I would go bigger or put alky on the car. Talk to Eric (the TT chip guy) he'll tell you want you need.

As far as a turbo go BB. Heard a lot of good things about the GTQ70 and CPT70-BB. Go with a 70 you got a lot of stall.

My thoughts are this. Id get a wideband datalogger if you dont already have one. Make sure your converter slip isnt to high and go with a 6776. If your converter is too loose up top it will eat up mph. Your out of injector also. Pump is being run close to its limit also. If you plan on only going 10.50's go for the 60's. If you want to go faster and dont plan on running in a class and have the $ i would consider going with a 4 bolt turbo setup and at least some 83's. Right now you could spool a 76 BB GTQ with a 4 bolt .81 if your converter is truly a 3800 stall.
