Time for Maryland emissions test

My time is up; I have to get the Buick through emissions.

I have re-installed the cat, put a street chip in (RA93) and set the boost back to 15# max. I have also changed the o2 sensor since running race gas.

The blms are kinda low at 116, should I lower the fuel pressure from 43 to about 41 before I go?

The car is running well (except it seems SLOW).

I would lower the fuel pressure. I bought a an emissions chip which I'm sure helped tremendously.
