Timing chain noise?

So today I removed the belt that drives the water pump and alternator. Noise still there. Water pump eliminated.

Earl - I sent you a PM regarding buying a cover from you just in case mine turns out to be worn when it gets removed on September 19th.

Any updates ? Just curious , had noise similar on my hot air and was cracked flex plate .
