is the timing ajustable? if so how? also is the tps adjustable...what voltage setting should it be set at?

The tps should be at .42 to .46 and you will need a chip that will let you control the timing like a Turbo Tweak chip. A scanmaster will be very helpful for all this and is a must for all TB's.
