Tire hitting outer fender

I switched to the taller "B" spindles a long time ago and I also put in taller lower BJ's. Now my Pass tire hits the outer fender when the car bounces.

I understand that U can get a compression type tool that will let U push on the lip of the fender to push it out. Anybody ever heard of that ? Know where I can buy/rent one of those ? TIA for any help.

I remember reading some posts here on TurboBuick a while ago about a "fender roller" or "rolling" tool (not sure)...If you do a search and enter the words "fender rolling tool", maybe you'd get some answers to what you need...If I recall correctly, guys were using this tool to roll the REAR fender lips...but I dunno if it was made to work in the front though...
Well, that's it...Hope this helps...

Tire size may be too big, alignment may be off, bushings in the control arms on the pass side may be bad from the down pipe.
