to D or O/D when on the track?

I have been reading a lenghty discussion on the *other*board but i am still confused, i am thinking D but if my TCC isnt locking should i be in O/D b/c My RPM's will be higher?

trap speed with moddest 18lbs boost is 103 but i upped it to 24lbs and 110 octane so i want to be in the right spot to get my car the fastest.

race in "D" until you run out of rpm(then get bigger tires)......I run 120+ in "D"

Would 255/60 radials be good enough to race in D?
