well it only took 2 runs and i was D.O.A. , not sure what the problem was or is? 1st launch- 5lbs of boost felt ok, i did not warm up the tire's i just placed it on the trans-brake got to 5lbs and slap'd it into drive. not sure if it was a good launch i'll have to ask crazqban or gasden ( GOT to thank those guys , As mad as i was those guys were great, they drove back got the car dolly and removed my louvers and really took care of me, THANKS GUYS!! I OWE YOU 2 DINNER AND SOME BEER )
Well launch #2 i did warm up the M/T and i left the hole at 8lbs right away i could tell right away something was wrong, i shut it down got my kid in the car and tried to make it as far as i could ( not far at all ) when i saw smoke i pulled over.
i guess i'm going to start talking to the guys i know who have proven tranny's
to see what they have and who built them in other words i gotta do MY HOMEWORK. THIS SUCKS!!! I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOught it would only take 2 launch's, i knew my tranny was my weak point, and i guessed my motor was to powerfull for my tranny but i thought this would happen at 15lbs or more oh well...................
