this morning i reversed out of my drive way but as soon as i put it in drive the tranny was slipping servierly, it was moveing but bearly, i would have to rev it to 3000 rpm or so just to creap at 1-2 mph so i left it in a "mud bog" and took the 442 this morning. well today when i got back i took it down the street, it ran "ok" but the tranny still felt like it was 20% slipping it just wasent all there. could this be a simple or fatel problem?

what would be the best route to get this rebuilt. one of the old owners (a friend of mine) owned the car and had the tranny rebuilt about 6 or 7 years ago. he had a "performance" build but im not sure whats all in there, i can find out though in the morning. what should i tell my tranny shop to do to this tranny?
