Too much endplay?

Best I can measure, I have 0.026" side play in the turbo shaft. Feels like a lot, not hitting the sides and the IC dry as a bone. Time for a rebuild or new turbo? I was convinced this is a TA49, but some of the pics I see of the compressor blades made me think twice?

If it's over .0015 measured it's too much. The unit is fully rebuildable or exchangeable if the wheels haven't touched the housings and aren't damaged internally. Email me if interested. If you want to retain the stock compressor cover there are a few options. Some old school cast wheels and newer billet wheels. It all depends on your goals.
