From what I read, you don't have a problem. I like HV pumps and always run them. As you get more miles, it will come down. Like you said, you haven't driven it. Take it down the hiway at 75 mph to get it good and hot, and you'll probably see 20 psi at idle. :cool:

It will come down because the clearances are increasing, in other words you are wearing down parts. They may wear evenly, they may not wear evenly. At the end of the day if you are building a simple gorcery getter. You may be fine, but if you are building a high performance application. You could run into issues.
