I followed all the directions on GNTType.org for top engine cleaning and I noticed that my exhaust leak from my headers are worse than I thought, but tht wasn't the only problem I noticed. I also some smoke coming from the turbo, I've never noticed my turbo smoking any other time, but is this normal or is it time for a new turbo or a rebuild?

Thx, guys.

My guess is that your leaking out where the down pipe meats the exhaust elbow. They make a flange gasket to meet the to nice and snug... unless you have a cracked housing or something which can only NOT be good.

I would second the guess that it is your doughnut gasket between your downpipe and exhaust housing. Last time I had my turbo out, I had a heck of a time getting this connection to seal up. I ended up getting a new gasket at NAPA. I attached a link to a picture of it. Part # 31511
