Is this too good to be true?

That's a damn good question, considering a buddy of mine purchase one from Classic Industries about 3 years ago @ about hundred dollars more ,thinking about $179.99. If panel is the same one, that's one hellava deal.

I don’t know about there’s I bought one off Amazon for$85 bucks complete garbage color is horrible. The radius was not even close I wonder if Amazon gets them from classic industries.Anyway when I tried returning it Amazon said we are refunding your money and you can keep the part.

The Parts Place also has them for the same price. I bought one of these couple years ago and opened it to check it out then put it back in the box & up on a shelf for future use. Looked exact except the center screw hole was not drilled out. Price is great.

I did not install it. After inspection, the plastic appeared to be the same thickness and a very close match to the OEM color. Fit looks perfect. I would say it was a good buy. The only down side was the center hole is there, but the bottom of the hole had a solid bottom and will need to be drilled out before installation (at least on the one I have). My OEM has a small crack in the driver side speaker area. I was going to replace it when the passenger side area cracked. Still waiting.... I may be dead before that happens

Amazon has a lot of them the one I received the holes in the plastic did not line up with the holes in the dash.
I'll pull mine back out of the box tomorrow and check the hole locations. I purchased mine from the Parts Place over two years ago.

Mine cracked at the speaker grill on the passengers side, after getting this garbage one I repaired my original with crazy glue on the underneath side.As soon as I laid it into position and put in the screws it cracked right in the same spot glue wouldent hold it.

This one came from the parts place. It’s aight.

Looked over and measured the screw holes in the Parts Place - Upper Dash & the hole measurements are good & the color is damn near right on (slight color difference maybe from the OEM dash faded from the 40 years exposure to the sun).
Sounds like a better one then I got check the radius.

Hard to compare the radius without removing the oem one. I measured along both the oem & Parts Place in a half dozen places and they are virtually the same. Appears BEATAV8's fits and the little bit of the radius he shows in the pic looks good. I wonder if Amazon & Park Place are different manufactures ???

Yes I had to remove mine and when I put the new one in I was pissed at the radius no way I could have looked at that even if the paint was right.
