Torque converter cleaning

How can my converter get flushed out? Clutches burned up in my transmission and I would like to use it again.

It gets cut open, cleaned, rewelded and balanced. My tranny shop had charged around $150 for the service.

Or send to Richard Clark for a flush. He has a machine that can do this without having to cut open & re-weld

If it is a high mile unit or has some hard use, I would have it cut, inspected and a new clutch put in if it is a lockup unit. Just flushing it wont get those parts inspected or replaced if needed.
