What companies torque converter is it that Poston's sells?? I have a local one that in less than 3-months cracked the hub... It is a non-lock unit, that costs around $500.00...

I'm told they are Boss Hogg torque converters...

That should be an Alabama Converter Company if it is a Boss Hogg converter. Built a trans for my ex-brother in law back in '94 and that trans is still together with that converter in it's 4th vehicle. Got it originally from Mike @ MidWest MotorSports. My 85 GN had a Hughes 10" converter and it cracked the hub in 4 months. Luck of the draw I guess.
