Torque converter ID label

I have this torque converter that has label on the front with the number 8639265...looks like a GM part number maybe and it also has CBBD too. Can anyone comment on how this deciphers?

Thanks..I searched for an hour using CBBD and got nothing

C= 200/2004R/Pre '85 700R4 with 27 spline input
B=140 K factor=1996 stall
B=300ft/lb 44 degrees of travel
D=converter clutch type, 3 lugs with 180 degree weld on each lug (diesel)

All from GM literature. Hope this helps.
