My TC would pass the gnttype.org test to assure the converter is unlocking/locking up. I've since had it rebuilt and it won't jump up in RPMs when the brake is hit anymore, BUT its still running at 2K at 60 MPH which seems to be the locked up RPMs. Its an Art Car 2800, so what gives ?
