Torque converter

Please help me to decide whether or not to buy a used(low mileage) Precision Industries "O" pump converter for my very mild combination. I plan on changing my turbo(to a ta60) and intercooler in the near future. Right now I need to rebuild my tranny and would like to upgrade my T.C. at the same time. I don't want to buy a high stall D-5 and have to change it again. BTW price on T.C. $500.00. Thank you in advance.

Could've had a PTS

For $95 more dollars you can have a NEW PTS convertor and have it restalled within a year. Try this site http://www.2004rperformancecenter.com/ and check out the convertors.

I definitly wouldn't recommend a used t/c exspecially for that price and if it will be going in a new tranny, it's not worth the gamble unless you have it perfessionally cleaned and checked first. At that price you can find a good new one.
