torque convertor lock speed

i seem to remember reading that you can adjust "infinitly" the speed at which the torque convertor locks under normal driving. I had mine rebuilt and it went from 45 mph to 55 mph lockup. Can I easily adjust it back to a lower speed?

TCC apply is a parameter in the PROM. The adjustments can be made by burning different chips.
