does anyone know of a site or have torque specs for front cover,arp head bolts,arp main studs,arp rod bolts and rocker shaft specs. one more thing, do you guys still use plastigage?

thank you, great link. one more thing. i want to order head gaskets, its a .030 over block, what kind of gasket do you recomend? multi layer or copper
