Total T-Top frame replacement ..questions

Gents, I am going through the process of having my TTop header panel and all parts of my TTop frame replaced. I bought the complete ttop kit plus header panel from Gbody parts. Not cheap !!
Im working with a local shop in my area. Has anyone gone through this process before?
I am looking for pitfalls and what I would expect to pay in labor and any other advice would be helpful.

I was the one to test fit the initial TTOP header replacement. It took quite a bit of time to do the work. THere is a post somewhere on here with me doing the process. I did the TTOP header, Both the A pillars, windshield, roof, etc.
