Different Programs have different features and not all of them will wk with every scanner cable.
I can verify that ProScan & ScanMaster ELM wk with knock-off OBD Chipsets (ELM327). I have also used them with the
official ScanTool.net OBDlink tool.
PRICE is $500 dollars all softare is legal and registerable with microsoft. I have two (2) of these. IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER.
