How can you adjust IAC with a thrasher chip that runs in open loop all the time? I tryed at idle and I think I got it just wondering about it.

But the main problem is the TPS, I can get the idle very easily at .45 but the WOT i have problems with, I can get it as high as 4.55 if i SMASH my foot as hard as I can, but I dont like that.

If i take the cable from the tranny off the TB then I can open it to a full 4.8 or so, but with the cable connected there is some resistance and over 4.55 is not allowed. Is this not allowing the computer to see WOT? When I just push down on the gas all the way with the cable connected I see around 4.2 or so.

also, I was adjusting this because of a weird stumble problem at take off, and weird kind of idle while cruising.

If i'm at a stoplight and give it a fair amount of gas it was sort of stumble, but once it catches up it runs fine, but then when crusing around 45-55 mph in OD it runs kinda weird, feels like no power without upshifting (i noticed more power before, but maybe I am dreaming) Maybe MAF?

You want that TV cable as tight as possible with out limiting WOT, just go 1 click out.
As far as the stumble business, assuming the motor is in proper tune and decarbonized, Try this.

Car at full operating temp turn off engine and put a jumper on the upper row right 2 term on the adl port.
now with the jumper in place. turn key on NO Start and leave it there. Now go and disconnect the IAC elec connector from the IAC. Leave it off, You may have to take off the hard pipe/duct to get to it.
Remove the little cover over the min air blade setting screw if your car still has it on.

Now go back and turn key OFF and REMOVE jumper.

(For this next step I recommend someone to help you) Now start the car, if it will not stay running try turning the screw in a little at a time until you get it to stay alive. Now adjust the RPM to around 650 rpm in GEAR.

Turn OFF ignition, plug IAC conn back in.

Key on NO start and adjust your tps volts to .45 -.47 @ idle and 4.6 -4.7 WOT.

Now reset the computer (remove power for a few moments).

Now start the car up and see what you have. It may take a few attempts but this works for me and both my GN's and the past 3 others my friends had me tune for them.

Well, i fixed the kind of stumble problem while cruising.

I'm going to try and adjust this way also and i'll let you know.

turbo nasty,
what do you mean by having the TV cable adjusted tight to where it doesnt interfere with WOT? I adjusted mine with the pull it all the way back then mash the pedal procedure but cant get over 3.6 volts TPS unless I disconnect the TV cable altogether

ws6 formula 50

he is right about getting the cable as tight as possible without depleting WOT but that is exactly what you did if you are only getting 3. something volts.
One way to confirm this is to have someone look into the TB opening at the butterfly as you mash the throttle (car off of course!). I'll bet the fly is not opening a full 90 degrees if you are under 4.5 volts or so.

WS6..just like Cathan said. I push in the half moon metal tab, then pull the TV cable towards the firewall and then grad the throttle arm on TB and move it to WOT. It should click on major click or a couple of clicks and be were it needs to be.
If you are struggling with this adjust as described above and then if it is still limiting then just push in in the metal tab and count the exposed teeth and go in or out til' the sucker is as tight as it can be w/o limiting WOT.
