TPS and other questions

I am trying to set my TPS (key-on), but it jumps from .30-.62 ??? There is no in-between?? So I set it for Full throttle at 4.50 and when i release throttle it is .62 (Do I have a bad TPS?)

I am using Directscan.

Sitting in my driveway idleing, it says I am going 15MPH ??
My MAF at idle is 15 (Is that high)
LV8= 47
IAC= 31
O2 volts= 561

I think it is an issue with my Toshiba Tecra 500CDT laptop. I might need an adapter??

Volt meter or scanmaster can be used also.Extra set of hands would be nice though.

You're gonna need the adapter that Kent Chu sells. Mine was doing the same thing on my Toshiba laptop and the adapter fixed that problem.
