TPS won't adjust

'85 TR, TPS has 5 volts. can set the idle but volts do not change when you go to WOT. I assume the TPS is shot.

do you have a scanmaster ? if so can go to tps with key on engine off and hit gas pedal see what it does ! should start at .44 go to 4.6 or so ! are you running tps tech enhancer ? i just had to throw mine away stuck tps at 4.68 at idle !!!! but green light was on showing in range but it wasnt !!! but sounds like tps bad !

SIXBNGR I also had the same problem. On my scanmaster the TPS would read 0. I connected a volt meter to the TPS and it read 5. With the foot on the gast/WOT etc the TPS would not move but remain at 5. Sounds like the TPS is shot.
